The New 45’ Convertible Takes Centre Stage in Cannes and Genoa
From its world premiere in Cannes to its Italian premiere in Genoa: Patrone Moreno returns to the most prestigious events on the international yachting calendar with the new Patrone 45’ Convertible, joined in Genoa by the Patrone 100 and the Patrone 30’ Cabin.
In 2026, Patrone Moreno once again confirms its presence at two of the leading events on the international yachting calendar: the Cannes Yachting Festival, taking place from 8 to 13 September, and the 66th Genoa International Boat Show, from 1 to 6 October.
Two exceptional stages on which to showcase the evolution of the shipyard and a vision of yachting that continues to look to the future without forgetting its roots: Mediterranean elegance, Italian craftsmanship, innovation and an authentic connection with the sea.
The undisputed star of the season will be the new Patrone 45’ Convertible, the shipyard’s new flagship, which will make its world premiere in Cannes before heading to Genoa for its Italian premiere.

Against the prestigious backdrop of the Vieux Port, Patrone Moreno will unveil the new Patrone 45’ Convertible in a world premiere, marking the latest evolution of a range that began a new chapter in 2022 with the Patrone 100 and continued in 2024 with the Patrone 45’ Open.
With an overall length of 14 metres, the new model represents a further step in the contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Ligurian gozzo, evolving the concept into a cruising yacht designed to offer greater comfort, more freedom and even more time to enjoy life at sea.
Designed by Tommaso Spadolini, the Patrone 45’ Convertible retains the character and proportions that make a Patrone instantly recognisable, while reinterpreting them through a brighter, more versatile and contemporary design language.
Particular attention has been devoted to liveability and the relationship between interior and exterior spaces. Expansive glazed surfaces and distinctive signature windows maintain a continuous visual connection with the sea, while the saloon has been conceived as an open and welcoming space, able to adapt naturally to different moments of the day.
One of the most significant innovations is the galley located below deck, a solution introduced for the first time on a Patrone model. This choice frees up the main deck entirely, creating more room for socialising and relaxation while preserving natural light and visual continuity with the upper living areas.
The exterior spaces follow the same philosophy of versatility. The cockpit can be configured with a central sofa that converts into a second sunpad, or with perimeter seating, offering different ways to experience life on board.
The pickled and bleached oak interiors, the carefully curated selection of materials, fabrics and finishes, and the extensive customisation possibilities combine to create an environment that is sophisticated yet unmistakably nautical.
The layout provides 4+2 berths, with four berths across the owner’s cabin and VIP cabin, plus two additional berths created by converting the dinette, further emphasising the new model’s vocation for longer and more comfortable Mediterranean cruising.
The same attention to detail extends to the technical equipment, including Volvo Penta IPS 600 with joystick, Garmin instrumentation, a Quick Gyro X13 gyroscopic stabiliser, Paguro generator, Frigomar air conditioning and a watermaker: solutions designed to make navigation and life on board simple, intuitive and comfortable.
The result is a yacht that evolves the traditional concept of the gozzo without losing its essence: more space, more light, greater autonomy and more freedom to experience the Mediterranean, while preserving the direct relationship with the sea that has always been at the heart of Patrone’s identity.

Following its international debut on the Croisette, the new Patrone 45’ Convertible will make its Italian premiere at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show, taking place from 1 to 6 October 2026.
This is a particularly significant event for Patrone Moreno, which will return to its home region of Liguria with one of the most comprehensive displays of the shipyard’s latest range.
Alongside the new 45’ Convertible, visitors will also be able to discover the Patrone 100 and the Patrone 30’ Cabin.
Three models differing in size and intended use, each offering its own interpretation of life at sea while sharing a distinctive identity: timeless lines, Mediterranean elegance, functionality and Italian craftsmanship.
The Patrone 100, the model that inaugurated the shipyard’s new stylistic direction in 2022, embodies the meeting point between the charm of the traditional Ligurian gozzo and a contemporary approach to space and navigation.
The Patrone 30’ Cabin, meanwhile, brings the Patrone philosophy to more compact dimensions, offering protection, comfort and versatility for owners who want to enjoy their yacht throughout an increasingly extended boating season.
Completing the line-up will, of course, be the Patrone 45’ Convertible, the new flagship and the fullest expression of the brand’s current evolution.
Bringing these three models together will provide an opportunity not only to showcase the individual yachts, but above all to tell the story of the path Patrone Moreno has chosen to follow: evolving a tradition spanning more than a century without losing its essence.

The Patrone 45′ Convertible marks a new chapter in the evolution of the Ligurian gozzo, introducing a cruising yacht conceived for those who believe the greatest luxury is spending more time at sea.
Making its world debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2026 (8–13 September), the new flagship combines the timeless elegance of Patrone’s Mediterranean heritage with an innovative approach to onboard living. Designed by Tommaso Spadolini, the P45′ Convertible has been created for owners who enjoy longer cruises without compromising on comfort, versatility or style.
Following the design path initiated by the Patrone 100 and continued with the P45′ Open, the new model further expands the Patrone philosophy. While remaining faithful to the unmistakable character of the traditional Ligurian gozzo, it introduces a completely new interpretation of onboard living, where flexible spaces and residential comfort become the defining features of the experience.
A new way of living on board
At 14 metres overall, the Patrone 45′ Convertible has been designed around one simple idea: creating more space for life on board.
The cockpit is available in two distinct configurations. Owners can choose between a central seating area that converts into an additional sunpad or a wraparound seating arrangement designed to encourage conversation and socialising. At the centre of the yacht lies a generous saloon featuring an original 360-degree seating concept and a convertible dinette, creating an open and versatile living area that naturally adapts throughout the day.
The result is a yacht conceived not only for cruising, but for enjoying every moment spent on board.
The saloon, reimagined
The defining innovation of the Patrone 45′ Convertible is not immediately visible—but it changes the entire onboard experience.
For the first time in the shipyard’s history, the galley has been relocated below deck, freeing the entire main deck and transforming the saloon into a spacious environment dedicated exclusively to relaxation, dining and entertaining.
Despite its position below deck, the galley remains remarkably bright thanks to generous hullside glazing, Patrone’s signature hull windows and the open connection to the deck above. Natural light flows throughout the space, maintaining a constant visual relationship with the sea while creating an exceptional sense of openness rarely found on a yacht of this size.
Designed with the functionality of a home kitchen, it features an induction hob, oven, large-capacity refrigerator, dishwasher and watermaker—everything required to make extended cruising effortless and enjoyable.
Designed around life at sea
The interiors reflect the same philosophy. Limed and bleached oak, abundant natural light and carefully balanced proportions create an atmosphere of understated elegance, while fabrics, finishes and colour palettes can be fully customised to suit each owner’s personal taste.
Accommodation is arranged for up to six guests, with a full-beam owner’s cabin, a twin guest cabin and two additional berths obtained from the convertible dinette. Two independent bathrooms provide privacy and comfort during longer stays on board, reinforcing the yacht’s vocation as a true Mediterranean cruiser.
Powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 600 engines with joystick control, the Patrone 45′ Convertible combines effortless handling with the seaworthiness that has always distinguished the shipyard’s boats, making every cruise as enjoyable as every destination.
Following its world premiere in Cannes, the Patrone 45′ Convertible will also be showcased at the 66th Genoa International Boat Show, taking place from 1 to 6 October 2026.

At the Cannes Yachting Festival, from September 10th to 15th, the new Patrone 45’ will be
presented in a world premiere, alongside the iconic Patrone 100. Both models will be displayed
at Quai Saint Pierre (berths QSP001 and QSP002 – stand QSP101) in the beautiful setting of
Port Vieux.
“We are excited to introduce Patrone 45′, the new model that combines the sporty essence of an
open boat with the generous livability of a cabin cruiser. This yacht, designed by Tommaso
Spadolini, is crafted to offer versatile and spacious areas, ideal for on-board conviviality in direct

This year, you will also find Ethimo’s furniture enhancing the atmosphere of the lounge on
the dock, offering a harmonious mix of beauty, nature, culture, and tradition. Both brands,
Patrone and Ethimo, draw common inspiration from the Mediterranean spirit to offer an
unparalleled experience of comfort and elegance on the water, in true Italian style.
Subsequently, from September 19th to 24th, the flagship will make its Italian debut at the
Genoa Boat Show, where it will be moored at pontoon P (berths P101 and P103 – stand
BP01) along with the Patrone 100.

We are proud to present Patrone 45′, the new model designed by Tommaso Spadolini to combine the sporting soul of the open with the comfort of the cabin gozzo. A mix created according to the excellent artisan quality that has defined our brand for more than a century.
The new 14-metre flagship is an open cruiser designed for those who want to spend the whole day outdoors without sacrificing absolute comfort in the interiors.
When designing the project of the new Patrone 45, we started from the concept of conviviality on board to re-interpret the classic charm of the Ligurian gozzo in modern key. The result? A boat that is not affected by the short-lived trends of fashion and that can offer an absolute sense of space, inside and out, with a wide range of customization options. Three cockpit solutions and five interior layouts confirming our shipyard’s tradition of “tailoring” each boat to the needs of its owner.
At the same time, great attention was also paid to ensure it is seaworthy: the hull, derived from the other models of the shipyard, is driven by a V-Drive transmission and a pair of Yanmar 440 hp turbodiesel engines.
It is scheduled to debut at the autumn boat shows, but a glance at the first renderings is enough to convey how ready the Patrone 45 is to replicate the success of the Patrone 100, which two years ago marked the centenary of the Patrone Moreno shipyard.
